In The National Interest




Travis Tanner serves as the Deputy Director of The Nixon Center and Assistant Director of Chinese Studies.  Prior to joining The Nixon Center in January 2004, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for International Economics in Washington, DC.  He graduated from both the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and the Hopkins-Nanjing Center in Nanjing, China.  He received his B.A. from the University of Utah.
